- Respond to your inquiry and deliver services you requested.
- Send operational email about active engagements (invoices, status, handoffs).
- Improve the site based on aggregate usage patterns.
- Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
3. How it is stored
Contact submissions are delivered by email to our inbox (Mailegion@mts-llc.tech) and stored in our standard business email system. Client project data lives inside the CRM, workspace, or cloud accounts you own — we are a processor on your behalf.
4. Third-party services
We use the following sub-processors to run the site and our business:
- Vercel — hosting, DNS, edge delivery.
- Zoho Mail / Google Workspace — email delivery.
- Calendly — call scheduling.
- Stripe — payment processing (never touches our servers).
Each provider has its own privacy policy. None are authorized to market to you.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies only (session, CSRF). No advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers. You can block cookies in your browser; the site will still function.
6. Your rights
You can request a copy of what we have on you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email Mailegion@mts-llc.tech and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in California, EU, or UK, you have additional rights under CCPA / GDPR including the right to object and the right to portability.
7. Data retention
Contact submissions: retained up to 24 months, then purged. Client engagement records: retained per our services agreement and applicable tax law (typically 7 years).
8. Children
The site is not intended for anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes to this policy
Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. If you have an active engagement, we will also email you.
